O First Flight é remunerado?
Sim, os trainees recebem uma bolsa de estágio, subsídio de alimentação e acesso ao refeitório. Adicionalmente, têm também acesso à Unidade de Cuidados de Saúde da TAP e 20 dias de dispensa não remunerados.
Existe possibilidade de integração na empresa após o Programa?
Sim, esse é um dos nossos objetivos, embora dependa do desempenho e das oportunidades disponíveis no final dos 12 meses.
Posso candidatar-me ao First Flight sem experiência profissional?
Sim! O nosso Programa não requer experiência profissional prévia.
É possível realizar o estágio em part-time?
Não. O Programa exige disponibilidade a tempo inteiro durante 12 meses, com início em setembro de 2026.
O estágio vai realizar-se num modelo presencial ou remoto?
Os trainees irão assumir o ritmo e modelo de trabalho das equipas e projetos onde forem inseridos. Na maioria das áreas, o modelo é híbrido: 3 dias na empresa, 2 dias em casa.
Existe nota mínima do curso para entrar no First Flight?
Não. Performance académica é apenas um dos vários critérios de análise que consideramos durante o processo de recrutamento.
